How long is a judgment valid?
Each state is different, however most judgments are enforceable for 6 - 10 years and in some states the judgment can be extended for an additional period of time.
What if I don’t know where the debtor is?
No problem! Our team uses advanced skip tracing and asset location tools to track people down, even if they’ve moved or are trying to stay under the radar. They can run, but they can’t hide — we’re very good at finding them.
There’s no upfront cost to you at all. Once we review your judgment, we’ll let you know what percentage we would keep, once collected. We will also cover any fees associated with recovering your money.
